How You Earn as an Associate
The two main ways Associates earn cuts, and what a real payout looks like on each side.
There are two core ways an Associate earns through Francisco Motors itself, and understanding both -- side by side -- is the fastest way to see where your own strengths fit.
Private sector: you earn a cut per unit whenever you close a sale or facilitate a demo with a private company or government office purchasing Francisco Motors vehicles for their own fleet or operations. This is direct, deal-by-deal work -- you identify a buyer, you get them into a demo, you close, you get paid on that specific unit. It rewards Associates who are comfortable prospecting and closing.
Public transport sector: you earn a cut per customer through TsuperHero®, Francisco Motors' program for Jeepney Operators, Drivers, and Commuters transitioning through the public transport modernization program. This is less about a single closed deal and more about bringing people into an ongoing program -- an Operator who transitions their unit, a Driver who joins an electrified route, a Commuter who starts riding. Because TsuperHero® is the foundation the public-sector side runs on, it's covered in its own dedicated lesson right after this one, and it's worth learning in depth before the private-sector lesson that follows it -- public-sector cuts, and eventually City Head candidacy, both flow through understanding TsuperHero® well.
Nothing says you have to pick one side and ignore the other. Many of the strongest Associates work both simultaneously: closing private-sector deals with companies they already have relationships with, while also bringing Operators, Drivers, and Commuters into TsuperHero® in their home territory. Product training on the EV lineup itself is ongoing as you progress, so you're never expected to know everything on day one -- what matters early on is understanding these two earning paths well enough to start working both.
Those two are the foundation, not the ceiling. Being an Associate isn't limited to Francisco Motors: you earn cuts from the whole Jeepney.io ecosystem -- including but not limited to BAKBAKAN, Quantum Tunnelling, Quantum Entanglement, Jeepney Economy, MFB, VV, SAC and NMPSA -- on whatever you bring into it. How each program pays, and what your own role earns in it, is covered in the lessons that unlock once you're an approved Associate or Territory Head.
- Private sector: cuts per unit on sales and demos, deal-by-deal
- Public sector: cuts per customer via TsuperHero® -- operators, drivers, and commuters joining an ongoing program
- Most strong Associates work both sides at once rather than picking one
- EV product training is continuous -- you're not expected to know everything before you start
- Beyond Francisco Motors itself, Associates earn cuts across the wider Jeepney.io ecosystem -- BAKBAKAN, Quantum Tunnelling, Quantum Entanglement, Jeepney Economy, MFB, VV, SAC, NMPSA and more; program details unlock after approval
