The TsuperHero^® Program

TsuperHero^® is Francisco Motors' program for the three people who make public transport modernization real: the Operator who owns or manages the unit, the Driver who works the route, and the Commuter who rides it every day. It's the first thing a new Associate should learn in real depth, since every public-sector earning cut you make flows through this exact loop. Here's how the three connect. An Operator transitions their existing unit into the modernization program -- moving from a traditional diesel Jeepney toward an electrified, modernized vehicle under the program's terms. That transition creates a route that a Driver can work, earning behind the wheel of a cleaner, modernized unit instead of an aging diesel one. And that modernized, reliable route is what a Commuter actually experiences -- clean, affordable, modern public transport, riding every day on infrastructure that used to be far less dependable. As an Associate, your job is to bring people into this loop at any of its three points, and you earn a cut per customer for doing it. Bringing in an Operator who transitions a unit is valuable. So is connecting a Driver to an electrified route. So is growing ridership among Commuters as routes modernize. None of the three is worth more inherent effort than the others -- what matters is that you understand the whole loop well enough to explain it clearly, because most people you talk to will only have heard one piece of it (usually "electric jeepneys exist now") without understanding how an Operator, a Driver, and a Commuter each experience the same modernization differently. This is also the program every aspiring City Head needs to know cold. A City Head oversees a whole territory's public-sector activity, not just their own individual sales -- so understanding TsuperHero^® well enough to explain and support it across an entire city is a real, concrete part of what the City Head pitch (covered later in this Academy) is judged on.
