Keeping Your Profile Complete: Photos & Follow-Ups

Your Territory Head has two specific follow-up tools available in the FMC Command Center, and you may see either one land in your inbox as an email at some point. The first is "Request Better Photo." If the formal photo on your application isn't clear or professional enough -- a poor-quality selfie, bad lighting, or a group photo where you're hard to pick out -- any Territory Head above you in your geographic chain -- your nearest one or any more senior one -- or an FMC admin can send you a request for a clearer one. You'll get an email with a single-use link -- no login required -- where you upload a new photo. The moment you submit it, it becomes your new Jeepney.io avatar immediately, replacing the old one. The second is "Request More Information." This exists specifically for Associates whose application predates a field that was added later to the form -- for example, if you applied before the formal photo requirement existed, that field is genuinely empty on your record, not broken. Whoever can already see your application in the Command Center can send you a request that shows you exactly which fields are missing and asks only for those -- never fields you've already filled in. Both links are single-use and personal to you -- don't forward or share either one, since anyone with the link could use it in your place. Once you submit through either link, that specific request is closed out; if something else comes up later, a new request (and a new link) would be sent. Why this matters beyond just responding to a request: your formal photo is genuinely visible in two real places.
