I cook 👨‍🍳 your orders in this very small kitchen/room of mine (inside my boarding house). I am not ashamed of it. I take pride in what I do. 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙧𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣, 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨. 😊

To my fellow small ELPIpreneurs, the probability to succeed as a start-up business is less than 5%. It is expected that 95% of start-ups will fail in the first 5 years of operation.

During the pandemic, many small businesses closed down and that includes mine. My restaurant instantly went bankrupt after 3 years of operation. It was a nightmare for all of us small business owners. Many have struggled to stay afloat as the result of the prolonged lockdown.

However, does that mean that we will stop pursuing our dreams? 𝙒𝙀 𝙎𝙃𝙊𝙐𝙇𝘿 𝙉𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍 𝙂𝙄𝙑𝙀 𝙐𝙋!

𝙄 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙮 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙪𝙥 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣. 𝙄𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 "𝙄𝙁", but 𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 "𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣". 𝙄 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙂𝙤𝙙'𝙨 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜. 🙏

To my beloved and loyal customers (ELPInoy cuties), thank you for always showing your support to me. Thank you for always rooting on me. Whatever happens, you may have seen me struggle and failed many times but you will never see me quit. 𝙄 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙚𝙙, 𝙄 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙤 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨, 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙙. Mahal na mahal ko kayong lahat. Sorry I am quiet emotional. 🥹🥲 Emotero tayo ngayon. Hahaha 😜

Like I always say. Matatag ang lahing ELPIlipino! 💪
Rise up, ELPIlipinas!!! 🇵🇭
