LuftCar partners with Francisco Motors to mass produce the Hydrogen propulsion powered Luft PINOY eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) at Francisco's Special Economic Zone in Camarines Norte for its Advanced Air Mobility (AMM) initiatives.

This is the real Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program.

LuftCar is a Florida-based aircraft manufacturer and Francisco Motors is the oldest (77 years) automotive manufacturer in the Philippines.

LuftCar will produce the air module while Francisco Motors will produce the land module and they will jointly manufacture the Hydrogen Fuel Cells and produce Hydrogen Fuel at the Camarines Norte facility.
